Job Title: Operations Process Manager LATAM
Location:
Remote (PST Time Zones)
Salary Range:
up to 2500 USD

Work Schedule: Monday Friday / 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:

The Operations Process Manager is responsible for streamlining and optimizing the companys operations across various departments. This role involves designing and documenting processes that improve efficiency particularly in client onboarding form management and internal workflows. The manager will collaborate closely with different teams to identify areas for improvement implement new processes and ensure these processes are adhered to and refined over time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Design and Documentation: Develop and document efficient processes for client onboarding form management and internal workflows.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to identify and address process inefficiencies.
  • Process Implementation: Implement new processes and ensure their adherence making refinements as needed.
  • Tool Management: Utilize and adapt to various software tools including project management software spreadsheets CRM and task management software.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Excel GSuite CRM systems and task management software.
  • Basic knowledge of workflow automation tools like Zapier & Make.
  • Strong organizational and detailoriented skills.
  • Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to process design.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software.

NicetoHaves:

  • Experience with nocode software tools like Airtable or Coda.
  • Background in the agency world social media and/or tech space.
  • Experience working in fully remote teams and familiarity with digital products.
