Fleet Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to join our team and oversee our companys fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management excellent leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities: Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures to ensure efficient and safe operations. Monitor and analyze fleet performance including fuel consumption maintenance costs and driver productivity. Create and maintain a preventive maintenance schedule for all vehicles to minimize downtime and increase longevity. Manage and coordinate the scheduling and routing of fleet vehicles to ensure timely and costeffective deliveries. Oversee the recruitment training and performance management of fleet drivers. Maintain accurate records of all fleetrelated activities including vehicle maintenance and repairs fuel consumption and driver logs. Ensure compliance with all local and national regulations governing fleet operations. Monitor and control fleet expenses including fuel repairs and maintenance to meet budgetary goals. Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement costsaving initiatives and process improvements. Stay uptodate with industry trends and advancements in fleet management technology. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Logistics or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management preferably in the transportation or logistics industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of fleet management software and GPS tracking systems. Familiarity with local and national transportation regulations. Ability to analyze data and make datadriven decisions. Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
