Role: Data Engineer

Workplace Type: Remote (1 day per month on site)

Location: Dover DE USA

Employment Type: 1099 contract (9 months with possible extension)

Pay Rate: $51 $60 per hour (based on experience qualifications and geographic location)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead ETL processes including data mapping and integration from multiple sources into the new system following technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain data models warehouses dictionaries and integration processes to ensure efficient data handling.
• Troubleshoot and resolve datarelated issues ensuring data accuracy throughout the ETL process.
• Collaborate with technical and nontechnical team members providing clear status updates and managing tasks with minimal supervision.
• Assist in coordinating software releases related to the data system and proactively resolve projectspecific issues.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 years of experience in database administration including 2 years as a Database Administrator.
• Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries and using programming languages such as .NET or C# for data manipulation.
• Extensive experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and other ETL tools.
• Strong experience managing SQL Server MySQL or other database management systems.
• Understanding of data privacy laws and regulations such as HIPAA.
