OTR Solo Van Driver

We are seeking a reliable and experienced OTR Solo Van Driver to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods across long distances ensuring timely and efficient deliveries to various destinations. Key responsibilities include operating and maintaining the van planning routes adhering to all traffic laws and regulations and providing excellent customer service during pickups and deliveries. The OTR Solo Van Driver will work independently demonstrating strong organizational and timemanagement skills to manage schedules and meet delivery deadlines. This role requires flexibility as it involves extended periods on the road and overnight stays.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a van for longdistance transportation of goods.

• Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries.

• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.

• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.

• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle mileage.

• Provide excellent customer service during pickups and deliveries.

• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers.

• Manage schedules and delivery deadlines independently.

Qualifications:

• At least 21 years of age

• At least 6 months OTR tractor trailer experience in the last year

• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years

• No license suspensions in the past 3 years

• No more than 2 DOT recordable accidents in the past 3 years

• No DUI/DWI ever

• Complete a DOT Physical at orientation at no charge
