What You Will Be Doing
As the Engineering Manager at Anyfin youll step into a flourishing environment full of opportunity and potential. Youll collaborate with a diverse team of driven professionals all embracing change because lets be honest it happens whether were ready for it or not. Youll lead both senior and midlevel engineers fostering a culture of continuous learning and collective growth. Each day brings new challenges allowing you to make significant contributions right from your first day with us.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and nurture a highperforming engineering team primarily utilizing your experience expertise in Python and Node.js

• Define technical direction and design according to architecture requirements ensuring they align with our strategic goals.

• Engage in handson development as needed influencing core backend systems leveraging your experience with Python and Node.js.

• Drive the design of efficient software and architecture ensuring security scalability and reliability.

• Collaborate autonomously with crossfunctional teams to shape business strategies and ensure seamless integration.

• Share insights and best practices cultivating a culture of knowledge sharing and innovation across the team.

Who You Are

• Someone who is not just a leader but also a doer. If youre someone who enjoys being on the front lines with your team writing code and architecting solutions while also leading and mentoring a group of talented engineers.

• A proven leader with a minimum of 5 years of experience leading and managing engineering teams ideally with a focus on backend development.

• Has deployed software in kubernetes ideally in GCP.

• Has developed high quality mission critical software in python and/or typescript.

• Someone who understands that balance between perfection and pragmatism in software development is essential for team success.

• A strong advocate for clean maintainable codeviewing it as foundational to our development processes.

• You get excited with software efficiency and performance

• You hate overengineering.

• While experience in the financial sector is advantageous its not essential; your passion for technology and leadership matters most.
