IT as a Service not as a struggle: We are building an allinone IT platform combined with premium support. From user on and offboarding to service and support cybersecurity and device management deeploi covers the ensure scope of a companys IT department.

YOUR MISSION

• As part of our Operations & Strategy Team you will independently lead projects of great importance for the company responsible for conceptualization planning and implementation of crossdepartmental programs and measures.
• You will be the driving force behind the automation and optimization of processes continuously enhancing the efficiency of the IT Operations and IT Support Teams.
• In addition to conceptualization you enjoy executing processes independently and working operationally assisting customers with the technical implementation and utilization of deeploi.
• You are actively engaged with customers seeking feedback to improve our product and understand their needs.
• You work closely with the IT Operations and Product Teams reporting to the Head of Operations.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have successfully completed a Masters degree in Business Informatics Data Science or similar fields.
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in startups or at a leading management consulting firm.
• You enjoy interacting with customers are eloquent openminded and empathetic.
• You work solutionoriented independently and structured with a keen eye for detail.
• You challenge our processes identify optimization and growth potentials and independently
  implement innovative solutions.
• You are naturally curious and always seek innovative approaches and technical solutions.
• You have a very good technical understanding and are eager to build deep knowledge in the
  areas of IT Mobile Device Management and IT infrastructure.
• You have experience with NoCode/LowCode tooling (e.g. Airtable Make Retool) and their
  use for process automation.
• Experience with Python Javascript or SQL is a plus.
• You are a team player a strong communicator and enjoy supporting your colleagues with
  your expertise.
• You are fluent in English; German is a plus.
