Job Overview:

Be part of our client s team as an Advertising Specialist Search (Google/Bing) & YouTube where you will lead the charge in creating and optimizing search and video ad campaigns that drive measurable success for clients. You ll manage campaigns from start to finish ensuring that every aspect aligns with client goals and delivers outstanding ROI.


Employment type: Indefinite term type contract
Shift: MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST
Work setup: Remote Bogota/Medellin


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive Google Search YouTube and Bing Ad strategies that align with client goals.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and audience analysis to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Create manage and optimize Google Search YouTube and Bing Ad campaigns to maximize performance and ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics making datadriven adjustments to improve results.
  • Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective ad copy creatives keywords and bidding strategies.
  • Continuously monitor and adjust bids to ensure optimal ad placement and cost efficiency.
  • Write compelling and effective ad copy that drives clicks and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Ensure all ad creatives are consistent with the client s brand and messaging guidelines.
  • Work with the media team to brief and develop engaging video ad content for YouTube.
  • Generate detailed performance reports providing insights and recommendations for campaign improvements.
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics Bing Webmaster Tools and Looker Studio to track and measure campaign success.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on campaign performance insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve desired results.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their Google Search YouTube and Bing Ad campaigns.
  • Assist clients with the initial setup and configuration of Google Ads YouTube ad accounts and Bing Ads.
  • Ensure proper tracking implementation using tools like Google Tag Manager Google Analytics and Bing Universal Event Tracking (UET).
  • Configure conversion tracking remarketing lists and other essential campaign elements.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with Google Ads YouTube Ads and Bing Ads policies and industry best practices.
  • Stay informed about the latest updates and changes in Google Ads YouTube Ads Bing Ads and digital marketing trends.
  • Implement best practices for ad copy bidding targeting and optimization.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends technologies and best practices in digital advertising and marketing.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities such as webinars workshops and conferences.
  • Share knowledge and insights with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements

Qualifications Needed:

English Level: C1

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years managing Google Search and YouTube Ad campaigns with a proven track record of success.

Skills:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Google Ads including keyword research ad copywriting bid management and performance analysis.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics Bing Webmaster Tools and other relevant tools for tracking and measuring campaign success.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
  • Indepth understanding of gotomarket strategies funnel marketing and marketing automation.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Quick learner with a strong comfort level using digital tools and technology.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on the latest digital marketing trends.

Certifications:

  • Google Ads Certification (required)
  • Microsoft Advertising Certified Professional (required)
