Technical Product Manager

• Product Development: Lead the endtoend client s product development process from ideation to launch ensuring alignment with client s business objectives and user needs.
  
• Technical Expertise: Utilize your sound technical understanding of software development to suggest the client about the product decisions and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
  
• Client Engagement: Engage directly with clients to gather their product requirements provide updates and ensure their needs are met throughout the product lifecycle.
  
• Business Analytics: Leverage business analytics to identify market trends evaluate product performance and suggest datadriven decisions to the client.
  
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including clients developers and crossfunctional teams to ensure product alignment and success.
  
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs market gaps and the competitive landscape and present findings to clients to translate insights into actionable product strategies.
  
• Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain product roadmaps and support clients in prioritizing features and enhancements based on user feedback business goals and technical feasibility.
  
• Quality Assurance: Ensure product quality by working closely with QA teams to establish testing protocols and resolve issues promptly.
  
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation including specifications user guides and release notes in coordination with the client.
  
• Conflict Management: Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the product development process ensuring smooth project progression and client satisfaction.
  

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
  
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management with a focus on software development products.
  
• Technical Proficiency: Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
  
• ClientFacing Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with experience in engaging directly with clients gathering requirements and providing updates.
  
• Business Acumen: Proven experience in business analytics market research and datadriven decisionmaking.
  
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of effectively managing diverse stakeholders.
  
• ProblemSolving: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to navigate complex technical and business challenges.
  
• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in leading crossfunctional teams and driving product success.
  
• Product Development: Proven experience of managing a product throughout its lifecycle detailed design solution development testing and deployment
