Responsibilities
- Use ArchiCAD, AutoCAD and or Revit to prepare and complete architectural drawings within designated time frames
- Ensure all drawings are completed accurately to reflect customer requirements and in accordance with building standards
- Ensure that all relationships with internal departments, external customers, suppliers, and contractors are maintained and improved
- Apply client variations to working drawings
- Exposure to residential volume, medium density, and or custom build projects
What you will bring to the role
- Must have ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, and or Revit Residential Drafting experience
- Strong understanding of the updated NCC regulations
- Ability to communicate professionally
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities
- Ability to manage own workflow
- Experience working for a Victorian residential builder
