Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients in the construction and heavy machinery industry.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client needs and concerns promptly.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of XCMGs machinery.
- Sales Process Management:
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals in line with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities client interactions and transactions using the companys CRM system.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and other team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance market conditions and client feedback.
- Participate in sales meetings training sessions and industry events as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales preferably in the heavy machinery or construction equipment industry.
- Strong knowledge of heavy machinery products and their applications.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Selfmotivated with a resultsoriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within Oman.
