Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify and target potential clients in the construction and heavy machinery industry.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client needs and concerns promptly.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of XCMGs machinery.
  • Sales Process Management:
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities client interactions and transactions using the companys CRM system.
  • Collaboration and Reporting:
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager and other team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance market conditions and client feedback.
  • Participate in sales meetings training sessions and industry events as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales preferably in the heavy machinery or construction equipment industry.
  • Strong knowledge of heavy machinery products and their applications.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsoriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within Oman.
