The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join an industry leading organisation working with some of the most wellknown and iconic entertainment brands to provide exceptional supply chain solutions.

As the Head of Operations you will be instrumental in implementing policies and procedures to enhance the daily operations at distribution centres in the UK and EU facilities.

Were searching for an ambitious individual with experience in the retail and consumer products manufacturing sector for wellknown and iconic entertainment brands. With support from the Senior Leadership Team you will oversee all facets of the manufacturing and warehouse operations including production supply chain management quality control and distribution. A key part of your role will be ensuring that production processes are efficient costeffective and meet the highest quality standards.

Your mission:

  • Operational Strategies: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the Companys goals and objectives.
  • Team: Offer guidance and leadership to the operations team driving them towards success and continuous improvement.
  • Budget Management: Efficiently manage the operations budgets ensuring costeffective resource utilisation.
  • Process Optimisation: Identify and implement improvements to streamline workflows reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels through effective control measures cycle counting and reconciliation.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all logistics regulations safety standards and Company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Deliver an outstanding service to clients.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to encourage innovation and operational excellence throughout the organisation.

What they are looking for:

  • Proven experience in operations logistics and supply chain management within retail and consumer products especially in a 3PL setting.
  • Demonstrated leadership in driving managing and inspiring highperforming teams.
  • Ability to excel in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Understanding of the unique dynamics of the family entertainment market.
  • Indepth knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of implementing impactful improvement methodologies.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft applications.
  • Reflective of their international footing there will be a requirement to travel internationally in accordance with their global locations.

What you will be offered return:

  • Salary: 70000 to 80000 per annum
  • 25 days holiday
