Job Description

The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an industry leading organisation working with many wellknown and iconic entertainment brands to provide exceptional supply chain solutions.

Were searching for a logistics expert to manage and optimise warehouse solutions. As the 3PL Operations Manager you will oversee all warehouse activities including receiving storing picking packing and shipping ensuring adherence to service agreements and quality standards.

This role involves collaboration with various internal teams such as Operations Sales and Customer Service as well as with partners across the EMEA and US regions. In addition there will be opportunities to develop and maintain relationships with external vendors carriers and thirdparty partners.

Your mission:

  • Process Optimisation: Identify and implement improvements to streamline workflows reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels through effective control measures cycle counting and reconciliation.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all logistics regulations safety standards and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the customer service team to address client needs and resolve issues.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Deliver an outstanding service to clients.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to encourage innovation and operational excellence throughout the organisation.

What they are looking for:

  • Bachelors degree in logistics supply chain management business administration or a related field (desirable).
  • Experience in logistics and supply chain management especially in a 3PL setting.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems and relevant software.
  • Understanding of industry regulations and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Proficiency of Microsoft Office particularly Outlook and Excel
  • GCSEs in English and Maths (grades AC / 84) or equivalent.
  • Fluency in other languages is a plus but not essential.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record in managing and motivating teams.
  • Outstanding communication negotiation and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Reflective of their international footing there will be a requirement to travel internationally in accordance with their global locations.

What you will be offered return:

  • Salary: 50000 to 60000 per annum
