Snoonu, a leading online delivery service in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Assistant to join our team. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues through online web chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information, resolve complaints, and offer solutions to customers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Assist in monitoring and managing customer feedback and reviews
- Help in troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department

Requirements:
- Dedicated and resourceful individual with a strong sense of customer service
- Ability to engage in strategic planning and effective people management
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software
- Knowledge of customer service best practices and procedures
