Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead PMO Programme Manager with strong expertise in SAP and fluency in both Spanish and English. This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of complex SAP programs and projects across our organization particularly in Spanishspeaking regions.

Position Overview:
The Lead PMO Programme Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Program Management Office (PMO) for largescale SAP implementation and optimization projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP program management strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive program success manage crossfunctional teams and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

  1. SAP Program Leadership:
  • Lead and manage the endtoend delivery of complex SAP programs ensuring they are completed on time within scope and on budget.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans schedules and budgets tracking progress and managing risks throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all SAP programrelated activities coordinating with business stakeholders IT teams and external vendors.
  1. PMO Management and Governance:
  • Oversee the Program Management Office (PMO) for SAP projects ensuring that PMO processes methodologies and standards are consistently applied.
  • Establish and enforce program governance frameworks ensuring that all projects adhere to best practices and organizational standards.
  • Monitor program performance and provide regular reports to senior management highlighting key metrics risks and issues.
  1. Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders IT teams and external partners to understand program objectives and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Facilitate effective communication between all stakeholders providing clear and concise updates in both Spanish and English.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations addressing concerns and resolving conflicts to maintain program momentum.
  1. Team Leadership and Development:
  • Lead mentor and develop a team of project managers and coordinators fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members ensuring they have the necessary resources and skills to succeed.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and best practices within the team encouraging a collaborative approach to program management.
  1. Risk and Issue Management:
  • Identify assess and manage risks and issues related to SAP programs developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans as needed.
  • Proactively address potential roadblocks and challenges ensuring that programs stay on track and deliver expected outcomes.
  • Escalate critical risks and issues to senior management providing recommendations for resolution.
  1. Continuous Improvement:
  • Continuously assess and improve PMO processes tools and templates to enhance program delivery and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies methodologies and industry trends applying relevant insights to improve program outcomes.
  • Lead postprogram reviews capturing lessons learned and implementing improvements for future initiatives.
  1. Bilingual Communication:
  • Fluent communication in both Spanish and English ensuring that all programrelated information is accurately conveyed to stakeholders in their preferred language.
  • Translate technical and projectrelated documents as needed ensuring clarity and understanding across bilingual teams.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology Project Management or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g. PMP SAP Certification) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 810 years of experience in program management with a focus on largescale SAP implementations or optimizations.
  • Proven experience leading and managing PMOs with a strong understanding of PMO processes methodologies and governance.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is required with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire crossfunctional teams.
  • Exceptional problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in SAP and project management tools (e.g. MS Project JIRA SAP Solution Manager).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
