Job Description
- Lead initiatives to optimize laboratory information systems, collaborating with laboratory staff and interdisciplinary teams to align system functionalities with laboratory workflows and best practices.
- Analyze and understand laboratory workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement, customization, and alignment with laboratory information system capabilities.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for laboratory staff, ensuring proficient and efficient use of laboratory information systems.
- Work closely with laboratory staff and information system administrators to customize and configure laboratory information systems based on laboratory needs, optimizing processes, and enhancing system capabilities.
- Bridge the gap between laboratory practices and informatics, leveraging medical knowledge to facilitate seamless integration of informatics principles into laboratory processes.
