Job Description

Collaborate with quality improvement teams to implement and assess the impact of EHR optimizations on patient care outcomes and adherence to clinical guidelines.
Work closely with EHR vendors, ensuring effective communication, addressing technical issues, and ensuring vendor compliance with service level agreements.
Provide leadership in addressing EHR-related issues within inpatient units, troubleshooting problems, and collaborating with IT teams for effective resolution.
Ensure inpatient units adhere to data security and healthcare compliance standards, including HIPAA, and actively participate in compliance audits.
