Provides clerical assistance to court administration staff. Maintain workload while managing an environment with frequent customer inquiries and demands in person and by phone. Input data entries of court documents/records. Assign record and process case number of new complaints citations and petitions submitted to the court system. Must maintain confidentiality answer incoming calls route and/or explain procedures to a variety of individuals.
