We are looking for a Senior GDPR Implementation Project Manager for our client in the Financial Sector

Job Description

Support in implementing Governance related to GDPR and other related implementation tasks related to GDPR .

The implementation requires good understanding of business processes as the implementation will have effect on almost the entire business. Therefore it will be relevant to:

1. analyse the Governance on GDPR
   
2. to analyse where there might be a gap between organisation and Governance
   
3. analyse what needs to be done to close those gaps and
   
4. close the gaps by e.g. education making new SOP s documenting processes dataflows etc. On the side of this we also have identified GDPRissues in our current processes which we need to look into for improving. E.g. our deletion rules which also will require good insight in business processes in bank / insurance and data flows.
   

Required Skills:

Skilled knowledge in leading of projects operational implementation GDPR etc.

1. good understanding of business processes in bank / insurance (not a need but it will be very valuable for us (time saving))
   
2. analytical skills
   
3. experience in running implementation tasks in the form of education / establishing SOP s
   
4. insight in dataflows in bank / insurance will definitely be an advantage
   
5. experience in leading regulatory projects and changes will be an advantage and the same goes for an understanding of navigating our complex landscape.
   
6. She / he will be running this project alone most of the time therefore it must be a senior person who can work independently with legal assistance on the side. Insight in GDPR implementation is not a need but will also be an advantage. Seniority is also a need because the task requires that the person meet and challenge even heavy stakeholders.
