Lead Cleaner - Indianapolis

Hours: Average 4pm12am

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise cleaning crews across multiple sites in Indianapolis and surrounding towns with occasional responsibilities outside of this area.
  
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards and in a timely manner.
  
• Maintain communication with management and report any issues or needs for supplies.
  
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.
  
• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with client requirements.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of cleaning experience with leadership responsibilities.
  
• Ability to travel to different job sites within and occasionally outside of Indianapolis.
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to pass a background check.
  
• Reliable transportation is required.
