Accounts Executive Mount Austin

• Able to handle full set of accounts including AR AP & GL
  
• Provision of accurate and timely periodic and monthly financial reports and statements
  
• To reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow
  
• Prepare required schedules/report for yearly audit and tax purpose
  
• Assist to manage the daytoday finance and accounting functions of the Company and its subsidiaries
  
• Assist to manage Intercompany transactions and reconciliation.
  
• Preparing of GST reports for quarterly submission
  
• Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.
  
• To assure adherence to the Company s policies procedures and practices.
  
• Ensure compliance with related statutory requirement.
  
• Liaise with internal and external auditors tax agents company secretary bankers lawyers and any other authorities as and when required
  
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned
  

Requirements

• Possess at least Diploma / Professional qualification in accounting
  
• Minimum 2 years working experience in similar fields.
  
• Candidate must be a handson person and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  
• Selfmotivated good interpersonal and possess initiative.
  
• Independent and able to work in a team as well
