Job Role Description

We are seeking several highly experienced Zoho One Consultants to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of the Zoho ecosystem with a particular focus on Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator. The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in automation and configuration techniques including BluePrints Wizards Customer Portal Kiosks and Command Center. This position is flexible with opportunities for either parttime or fulltime engagement for the right individual.

Responsibilities

• Design implement and optimize Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator applications to meet client requirements.

• Develop and configure advanced automation solutions using BluePrints Wizards Customer Portal Kiosks and Command Center.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into effective Zoho One solutions.

• Provide technical support and training to clients on Zoho One applications and features.

• Integrate Zoho One applications with other thirdparty tools and systems to streamline business operations.

• Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.

• Stay uptodate with the latest Zoho One updates and features to provide clients with the most current solutions.

• Participate in requirements gathering project planning and project management.

• Ensuring timely delivery of highquality solutions.
  

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator including customization and workflow automation.

• Proficiency in BluePrints Wizards Customer Portal Kiosks and Command Center.

• Strong understanding of Zoho One applications and their integration capabilities.

• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.

• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering Zoho One projects.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

• Certification in Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator is preferred.

• Minimum of 35 years of experience working with Zoho One applications.

• Strong project management skills and experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
