Your Playbook: What to Expect in This Role

Be part of our client s team as a Senior Reservations Analyst where you ll play a crucial role in optimizing inventory maximizing revenue and delivering an exceptional experience to both guests and longterm residents. You ll be the key player in managing and analyzing data to make strategic decisions that drive success.


Employment type: Indefinite term type contract
Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST
Work setup: Remote based in Bogota/Medellin


Your Mission: Responsibilities that Make a Difference

  • Support our newest property Scout Living in Atlanta by ensuring optimal usage of inventory to maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with internal stakeholders including Revenue Sales Accounting Offsite Operations and Onsite Operations.
  • Identify and address any opportunities or risks that may affect customers or the business taking ownership to implement solutions with the operational team and corporate management.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of rate plans room types and products offered within existing and new assets; load applicable rate plans and inventory into relevant channels.
  • Review all reservations to ensure they are on the correct rate plans and that all routing information is properly set up.
  • Manage new and existing reservations from all internal stakeholders including corporate bookings group bookings and internal corporate travels.
  • Serve as the inventory gatekeeper performing analyses of room night rate and revenue statistics.
  • Accurately prepare and distribute daily weekly and monthly inventory usage reports as well as other reports on demand.
  • Prepare weekly forecasts to reflect occupancy levels and balance inventory needs; distribute forecasts to all relevant departments.
  • Assist the OSO Team in compiling reports and relevant information.
  • Build and update all rate codes in revenue management systems.
  • Conduct data collection data entry and strategic analysis of data.
  • Act as a leader for the property demonstrating a proactive approach and readiness to take initiative.
  • Allocate 60% of your time to accounting tasks including data analysis reporting and making strategic recommendations to enhance property success and occupancy rates.
  • Oversee guest management for both hotel guests and longterm residents ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Engage in crossfunctional collaboration providing and receiving feedback and challenging processes to drive improvements.
  • Maintain an open curious and innovative mindset; contribute to creating and documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and establishing structured processes.
