Job Description
We are looking to hire an Accountant for one of our clients.
Qualifications:
- Professional accountancy qualification or equivalent AAT qualified or ICASL/ACCA/CIMA Part qualified.
- A university degree 1/2 year or a completed HND in the accounts field will be an added advantage
- 1 2 years experience preferably in the UK accounting industry
- Previous UK experience in Accountancy and Taxation
- Experience in QB XERO IRIS TaxCalc is preferable
- Good English communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office package is essential.
- Must be willing to work on the UK shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping
- Payroll processing
- Verifying financial statements ledgers and accounts and making corrections where appropriate
- Financial Reporting
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- General financial analysis
- Reconciliation of bank and balance sheet accounts
- Systems development & documentation
- Providing accounting services to all areas of the business as necessary.
