Java Technical Lead

We are looking to hire a Java Technical Lead for one of our clients.

Qualifications:

• A bachelors degree in IT/Software Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 45 years of experience in JAVA/JEE development
• Experience in web services (REST/SOAP) Spring JPA/Hibernate XML
  Exposure in: Play Framework SSO LDAP Oracle 11g Cassandra ELK Linux Bash Scripting
• Capability of understanding and designing software architecture
  Knowledge and understanding of industrial best practices in software development
• Thorough knowledge of OOP concepts and design patterns
  Experience in enterpriselevel opensource web development frameworks
• Being familiar with the healthcare domain will be an added advantage
• Experience in JIRA and agilebased methodologies such as scrum will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical problem solving and timemanagement skills
• Good written communication and public relations skills
• Building up and leading teams to the success of the organization

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Java developers providing guidance mentorship and support to ensure high standards of technical excellence and project delivery.
• Architect and design scalable highperformance and maintainable Javabased applications and systems.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices conduct code reviews and implement continuous improvement processes.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to define project requirements scope and deliverables. Monitor project progress and address any technical issues that arise.
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams including QA DevOps and UX/UI designers to integrate and deliver endtoend solutions.
