Job Description

Role Overview: As a Customer Support Advisor for our premier beauty and cosmetics retailer you will play a crucial role as the first point of contact for our customers. You will serve as a brand ambassador providing exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your responsibilities will include supporting the aftersales process managing online orders and refunds handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and effectively.

Salary Package:

  • Monthly Base Salary: 855 EUr gross Annual Base Salary: 11970 EUR
  • Meal Allowance: 7.23 EUR per day (1908.72 EUR per annum net)
  • Transport Allowance: 20 EUR per month (240 EUR per annum)
  • Performance Bonus: Up to 100 EUR per month (1200 EUR per annum)
  • Health Insurance: Provided from day 1 (free after 6 months)
  • Possible Gross Annual Income: Up to 15318.72 EUR (including base salary meal allowance transport allowance and performance bonus)

Schedule:

  • Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays): 08:00 AM 07:00 PM
  • Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 to 17:00
  • Days Off: 2 days rotational

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone email and chat ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Order Management: Assist customers with online orders payment issues tracking shipments and processing returns and refunds.
  • Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our beauty products and services to provide accurate information and promote suggestive selling and crossselling opportunities.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements to optimize efficiency and customer service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or support preferably in retail or ecommerce environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in French both verbal and written.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and a customerfocused mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Detailoriented with good organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
