Position Overview:

As a Customer Support Representative youll play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our clients. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Handling Inquiries: Addressing and documenting customer inquiries through phone email and online chat.
• Data Entry: Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the customer service database.
• Complaint Management: Managing and logging client complaints in accordance with the companys escalation policy.
• Service Level Agreements: Ensuring all support calls and emails are resolved within the set SLAs and thoroughly documented.
• Troubleshooting: Utilizing open questions support documents and system training to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Providing Solutions: Offering recommendations for common issues and frequently asked questions.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma
• Language Skills: Native or fluent in one of the listed languages
• English Proficiency: Good command of English (B2 level)
• Relocation: Willingness to move to Greece
• Residency: Must have EU Citizenship or a Greek residence card (Visa sponsorship is not available)
