Job Description
- Assist in the procurement process including sourcing suppliers obtaining quotations and negotiating prices.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain procurement records and documentation in compliance with organizational policies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide support as required.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies.
- Support in evaluating supplier contracts and agreements.
- Assist in streamlining/digitizing procurement processes.
- Contract Duration: 2 months
- Start Date: 1st August
- Fresh graduates with strong academic record are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Qualifications:
- Information System or related field is preferred.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Management Information System or related field.
