We are seeking a talented and innovative Content Creation Expert with a primary focus on YouTube Video Editing to lead our video content production. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and delivering highquality YouTube videos that resonate with our brand and captivate our audience. This role demands a strong grasp of YouTube trends proficiency in video editing software and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Edit videos for YouTube and create content for YouTube shorts and TikTok
• Collaborate closely with the client to understand the vision for each video and bring it to life through creative editing.
• Incorporate graphics animations and other visual elements to enhance video content.
• Repurpose content for various platforms: Instagram and TikTok
• Create graphics and write copy for social media posts
• Assist in developing a content scheduling and strategy that complements organic lead generation efforts
• Ensure all videos are optimised for YouTube including proper formatting metadata and adherence to platform guidelines.
• Stay uptodate with the latest YouTube trends and implement best practices to increase viewer engagement and channel growth.
• Manage and organise video files ensuring easy access and efficient workflow.
• Provide input and suggestions for improving video content and overall channel performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Video Editor specifically with YouTube content.
• Proficiency in video editing software
• Great at creating shortform videos
• Strong understanding of YouTube trends SEO and best practices.
• Creative mindset with a strong sense of storytelling and pacing.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with graphic design and animation tools is a plus.
• Prepare for future podcast launch (experience not required initially)
• Highly organised
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
