Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to achieve brand awareness engagement and lead generation goals with a specific focus on marketing our consumer app.
- Includes Competitive Analysis and ongoing Monitoring Identification and Prioritization of Channels and Platforms and Determination of Key Roles and KPI’s
- Craft an engaging content calendar ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging.
- Champion the daytoday running of the social media portfolio (response responsiveness internal escalation)
- Ongoing monitoring and social listening (including but not limited to sentiment analysis and identification of keywords themes and trends)
- Demonstrate exceptional written skills in English to create compelling captions that resonate with our target audience.
- Design eyecatching graphics using design tools with the help of our team. However the ability to create some basic visuals yourself using Canva (proficiency required) is a plus. Proficiency in Photoshop and CapCut is a highly desirable bonus.
- Schedule posts effectively to maximize reach and engagement.
- Analyze social media data and adapt strategies based on insights.
- Develop content that can be repurposed across different platforms.
- Create and edit shortform video content for social media. (Highly desirable)
- Huge plus if you're willing to be in front of the camera and generate some of the videos yourself
In addition to both content and social media roles we see a third competency in community management which could be separate or part of this role.
