Senior ERP or S4HANA Developer within HCM mfd

ABOUT: Join our clients dynamic team as a Senior ERP or S4/HANA Developer within HCM (m/f/d). We are a closeknit company with 16 employees including 2 team leaders focused on delivering highquality IT solutions. Based in Hamburg or Cologne we value a supportive teamoriented atmosphere with flat hierarchies and open communication. Tasks

ROLE: As a Senior ERP or S4/HANA Developer within HCM you will:

Conceive and develop sophisticated technical solutions

Maintain and further develop our products

Modify and extend the SAP standard

Create concepts and documentation

Implement and customize SAP solutions

Travel to South or West Germany for projectbased work (typically below 5% travel up to 100% for specific projects)

Work on daytoday tasks ticket systems data security and reshaping authorisations moving from SAP ERP to S4/HANA

Requirements

LANGUAGE: A minimum B2 level proficiency in German is required. There is no English language requirement for this position.

COMPENSATION: We offer a competitive salary that depends on your seniority and the speed at which you can be sent to customers:

Junior:

Senior:(could go up to 100000 with team lead experience) Additionally we provide a variable income of 5000 to 8000 after a 6month probation period based on performance. Benefits include 30 days of vacation a net subsidy for daycare the possibility to take out direct insurance and an employee participation model.

WORK FLEXIBILITY: We offer a permanent fulltime position with 40 hours flexitime and core hours between 10:00 and 16:00. We are open to parttime arrangements as well. Our workfromhome policy allows those near Hamburg to work from home but come into the office 2 days a week. Those further away can work remotely but must attend meetings in Hamburg twice a year. All work must be done within the EU and remote access from outside the EU is not allowed.
