Job Description

At Shayp we designed a noninvasive and algorithmic driven solution to detect water anomalies in buildings for professionals. We address a large range of customers such as cities real estate companies institutions and water utilities (A few examples of our customers: IKEA LIDL PSG Parc des Princes City of Brussels ).

Our wish is to reduce global consumption of distributed water by 30% and reduce associated collateral damage. Our goal is to develop the use of our technology and service to save 100 billion liters of water worldwide by 2027. To date we have already reached 18 billion liters saved. To achieve such a goal we need the support of a strong team.

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing and Sales Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about both sales and marketing and is eager to contribute across multiple areas. As our company evolves you will have the opportunity to specialize in a specific area of interest within sales marketing or customer success as we expand our team.

Tasks

Marketing Tasks:

  • Manage Social Media: Oversee our social media accounts plan and schedule posts and engage with our online community to boost brand awareness.
  • Prepare for Tradeshows: Coordinate and organize all aspects of upcoming tradeshows including logistics materials and promotional activities.
  • Update Website Information: Regularly review and update content on our website to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Sales Material Management: Keep all sales collateral presentations and other materials current and aligned with our brand messaging.

Sales Tasks:

  • Qualify Prospects: Identify and qualify potential leads to ensure they meet our target customer profile.
  • Prospect FollowUp: Maintain regular communication with prospects providing them with relevant information and nurturing them through the sales funnel.
  • Email Campaigns: Create and execute targeted email campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Inbound Prospect Communication: Respond promptly to inquiries from potential customers providing them with information and guiding them toward a purchasing decision.

Customer Success Tasks:

  • Customer FollowUp: Engage with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling.
  • Run Customer Surveys: Design and administer surveys to gather feedback identify areas for improvement and measure customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Newsletters: Develop and distribute regular newsletters to keep customers informed about company updates new products and relevant industry news.

Requirements

Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales marketing or customer success.

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in social media management email marketing tools and CRM systems.
