Description

We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Account Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dearborn Michigan. The ideal candidate will have 38 years of experience in the hospitality industry and possess a strong background in customer service and administrative support. As an Account Specialist you will be responsible for managing client accounts ensuring their needs are met and providing exemplary support throughout their interactions with our company. This is a fulltime position that requires excellent communication skills strong time management abilities and the capacity to work collaboratively with various departments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain client accounts using CRM software to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Perform data entry tasks to keep client information accurate and uptodate.
  • Assist clients with inquiries resolve issues and provide problemsolving support to enhance their experience.
  • Generate reports using Microsoft Excel to track account activity and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to facilitate client onboarding and promotional initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on account status and service offerings to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Utilize QuickBooks to assist in billing inquiries and financial records management.
  • Support the team in administrative tasks and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or hospitality is a plus.
  • 38 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks Microsoft Excel and CRM software.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a teamoriented environment and collaborate with various departments.
  • Demonstrated problemsolving abilities and proactive approach to challenges.
  • Presentation skills to effectively convey information to clients and team members.
