We are seeking a detailoriented and efficient Data Entry Typist to join our dynamic team at our hospitality firm located in Gadsden Alabama. This fulltime position requires an individual who is committed to maintaining high standards of data accuracy and integrity while managing a diverse range of data entry tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong typing skills a keen attention to detail and experience in data management tasks relevant to the hospitality industry. As part of our Quality Control team you will play a critical role in ensuring our operational data is accurate and uptodate which will in turn support superior service delivery to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and manage data into various databases and spreadsheets ensuring high quality and precision.
- Maintain organized records and documentation regularly updating data entries as necessary.
- Create and generate reports utilizing MS Excel and MS Word for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve data discrepancies and improve data entry processes.
- Conduct quality checks on data entries to identify and correct errors promptly.
- Respond to inquiries regarding data entry processes and provide assistance as needed.
- Utilize problemsolving skills to address and mitigate issues related to data management.
- Adhere to deadlines and manage time effectively to ensure project timelines are met.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- 37 years of experience in data entry or a related role preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong typing speed with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word; familiarity with data management software is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
- Demonstrated problemsolving abilities and proactive mindset.
