Job Description
- Facilitate the implementation of the Advanced Work Packaging methodology by providing guidance and support to Subcontractors' Work Face Planners (WFP).
- Collaborate with Subcontractors' Work Face Planners (WFP) to ensure the development of comprehensive Installation Work Packages (IWP) that clearly define the scope, deliverables, schedule, and required resources for each construction phase. Ensure IWPs align with the project's overall objectives, schedule, and sequencing
- Collaborate with Subcontractors' WFPs to ensure dependencies, constraints, and sequencing requirements are carefully considered to create an optimized and realistic construction timeline.
