Job Description
Our esteemed client a global retail tech leader based in Riyadh stands as a testament to innovation and excellence. As they continue to redefine the retail landscape they are in search of a Head of Product Development to lead their product innovation endeavors.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire product development process from ideation to launch.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define product requirements and roadmaps.
- Analyze market trends and competition to inform product strategies.
- Ensure products align with the companys brand and business objectives.
- Oversee product teams ensuring timely delivery and highquality outputs.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product offerings.
- Evaluate the success of product launches and make necessary adjustments based on feedback and data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Design Business or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in product development roles preferably within the tech sector.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
