Job Description
Job Title: Injection Moulding Machine Operator
1. Machine Operation:
1. Machine Operation:
Operate injection moulding machines safely and efficiently
Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed
Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic maintenance
2. Production:
Produce highquality plastic parts that meet customer specifications
Meet production targets and maintain high levels of productivity
Monitor and control material usage and waste
3. Quality Control:
Inspect products for quality and defects
Identify and report quality issues to supervisor
Implement quality control measures to prevent defects
4. Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines and equipment
Clean and lubricate machines and equipment
Report maintenance needs to supervisor
5. Safety:
Follow safety procedures and protocols
Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
Report safety incidents and nearmisses to supervisor
Requirements
12 years of experience operating injection moulding machines
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
1-2 years of experience operating injection moulding machines Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
