Role Overview: DevOps Architect Individual Contributor

Must Have Skills
1. DevOps infrastructure and MLOps pipelines using AWS Cloud services.
2. Proven experience as a DevOps Architect or in a similar role.
3. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
4. Develop and maintain highly available and scalable systems including Load Balancers MLSQL Server and Clusters.
5. Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to integrate MLOps practices and workflows.
6. Strong expertise in AWS Cloud services (EC2 S3 RDS Lambda etc.). Experience on Azure Cloud is also a need.
7. Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
8. Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins GitLab CI AWS CodePipeline). 9. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. YAMLBash etc.).

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in ServiceNow development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL processes and ServiceNow certifications. - Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices. - Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful ServiceNow solutions.
