You will be entrusted to assist in driving progress in the following areas.
Lead Generation
- Develop a comprehensive list of potential leads including sailing clubs sailing instructors windsurf instructors water sport hire centres onwater professionals.
- Use various tools and databases to identify and compile contact information for prospective Pro Program members.
Outreach and Engagement
- Liase with Group CRM team to request personalised invitations to identified leads introducing them to the benefits and opportunities of the Pro Program.
Application Validation
- Review and validate applications from individuals wishing to join the Pro Program.
- Verify credentials of applicants to ensure they meet the Pro Program criteria.
Data Management
- Maintain and update the lead database ensuring all contact information is accurate and up to date.
- Track outreach efforts and responses in CRM tools to monitor progress and effectiveness.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the Group CRM Manager and NSA Marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve the application process.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities outreach results and application validations.
Requirements
- Excellent computer literacy.
- Proven experience in generating leads within a B2B environment particularly for industryspecific programs.
- Understanding of sales funnels customer journeys and how to align lead generation strategies with marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in using CRM tools like Salesforce HubSpot or similar for managing and tracking leads.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels (e.g. SEO PPC email marketing) to drive lead generation efforts.
- Bachelors in Analytics/related background.
- Proficient with data scraping techniques.
- Excellent communication skills.
