Job Description
- Lead the planning and execution of large-scale international events.
- Coordinate with clients to define event objectives and requirements.
- Develop detailed event project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Liaise with international stakeholders, understanding their needs and ensuring local adaptability.
- Monitor event activities, ensuring the client's specifications are met.
- Resolve any arising issues or challenges promptly.
- Post-event, gather feedback and generate reports on event performance.
