Job Description
- Provide strategic leadership to the legal department and oversee all legal matters, ensuring the company's full legal compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, ensuring the company's interests are protected.
- Represent the company in any legal disputes, coordinating with external legal counsel as necessary.
