Mon & Wed; 8a5p (OP)
Tue & Thu (surgery & clinic after)
Fri; 8a2p (OP)
Call Schedule: 10 days per month; 24hr calls
Call Response Time: 20 mins
Call Volume: 05 (per 24 hrs)
Patient Volume: 15
Admissions Required: Yes
Rounding Included: Yes
Required Procedures:
Abdominal Endoscopy Liver Stomach Gallbladders Appendix Colon Laparoscopy & Spleen.
Preferred: Pediatrics Thyroid Pulmonary & Vascular.
No. of Beds: 25
Trauma Level: IV
Other Info: Agency physician will not supervise any APP & Anesthesia coverage is provided by CRNA group.
Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
ND License/IMLC (In progress is acceptable)
BC/BE (If BE must be 3 yrs post US residency)
ND DEA
ACLS
Without revoked license/privileges
Local/Drivein candidates (preferred)
