Job Description

Red Ember Recruitment is seeking to hire a payroll administrator for a contract role based in Brits at the client.

  • Payroll Processing.
  • Administer endtoend payroll processes for all employees (current HC 600 employees)
  • Import hours shifts meals etc.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of wages.
  • Data Management.
  • Maintain payroll records ensuring precision and uptodate information.
  • Import and verify hours earnings and additional payroll data from different sources.
  • Weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly reports including company reconciliation total earnings company contributions and hours worked.
  • Generate and analyze reports to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
  • Full function month end (processing and reconciliation of 3rd party payments)
  • Compliance and confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and internal policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll information.


Requirements


  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role.
  • Proficient in payroll software preferably People 300.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of labor legislation.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
