Job Description
At our esteemed facility located in Staten Island NY we are thrilled to announce an opening for a fulltime Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to treat our geriatric patients in a Nursing Home.
Responsibilities:
Full scope of primary care for our geriatric patients who are in a nursing home.
Requirements:
- Valid NP license in the state of NY
- Ok with nursing home setting
- Experience with chronic care/tracheotomy/ventilator

- Outstanding salary ranging between $140000$150000 annually!
