Requirements

We are seeking an experienced IBM Mainframe Developer with 6 to 9 years of expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in coding with XSLT and XML and have extensive experience with the Watson Explorer engine (v11 or v12) and Watson Discovery configurations. A deep understanding of SEO concepts including relevancy tuning and algorithm score formula computation is essential. The role also requires experience in writing SQL queries and working with technologies such as Spring Boot jQuery AJAX JavaScript and JSON. A solid understanding of and experience in implementing Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications using IBM Mainframe technologies.
  
• Code and configure XSLT and XML for various data transformation and integration tasks.
  
• Implement and manage Watson Explorer engine (v11 or v12) and Watson Discovery configurations including collections sources converters parsers and macros.
  
• Apply SEO concepts including relevancy tuning and algorithm score formula computation to enhance search engine effectiveness and relevance.
  
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.
  
• Develop and maintain applications using Spring Boot jQuery AJAX JavaScript and JSON.
  
• Understand and implement Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to improve application functionality and performance.
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design develop and deploy solutions.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mainframe applications and integrations.
  

Qualifications:

• 6 9 years of experience in IBM Mainframe development.
  
• Proficiency in coding with XSLT and XML.
