You will play a vital role in our talent acquisition process by identifying and engaging potential candidates for a variety of job positions. Your exceptional communication skills keen attention to detail and passion for discovering the right talent will contribute significantly to our teams success.
Requirements
Check if you qualify:
- Previous recruitment experience of at least 1 year (internship experience will be considered) or a strong desire to learn and excel in the recruitment field.
- Demonstrated ability to make a minimum of 80 calls per day to potential candidates.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Peoplecentric mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Passion for the recruitment process and identifying toptier candidates or enthusiasm to learn about candidate profiles and potential.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Desire to contribute to our companys growth by ensuring we bring in the bestfit candidates.
