As an SAP Document Management System (DMS) Specialist you will:

• Design implement and deploy SAP DMS solutions to achieve defined business goals.
  
• Set up SAP DMS configure content servers and structure largescale enterprise solutions.
  
• Integrate and install SAP DMS applications with other core SAP modules.
  
• Configure the system according to scope ensuring all specifications are met.
  
• Test document and maintain the SAP DMS environment.
  
• Train key users on SAP DMS functionalities.
  
• Work with SAP Documents Document Structure Document Search Document Distribution Version Management Document Vaulting Integrated Viewer Status Management Document Conversion Document Workflow and Interfacing Table Specification.
  
• Integrate SAP DMS with other core SAP ECC modules.
  
• Set up SAP Knowledge Management configure metadata search integrate workflow configuration TREX integration and ensure security in DMS implementation.
  
• Implement associated standard workflows across MM QM and PM modules.
  
• Set up archive links to support the retention of POs invoices and other documents.
  
• Utilize experience with Open Text Documentum and similar tools.
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• 10 years of experience in SAP Document Management System (DMS) implementation.
  
• Expertise in SAP applications process design configuration integration testing and deployment.
  
• Experience in SAP Workflow configuration and SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) or other ERP modules.
  
• Knowledge and experience in SAP S/4HANA DMS solutions including customization configuration migration and testing.
  
• Familiarity with SAP ECTR and SAP PLM Cloud is a plus.
  
• Strong understanding of IT security compliance.
  

You should possess the ability to:

• Customize and configure SAP S/4HANA DMS solutions.
  
• Migrate and test SAP ERP systems towards S/4HANA.
  
• Work effectively with associated workflows and document management tools.
