Scope:

The Client s Digital Design Branch requires one (1) Senior Systems Testing/QA Specialist with 5 years experience for building a modern digital information system and it s integration with other internal and external applications.

Deliverables:

The Client s Digital Design Branch requires one (1) Senior Systems Testing/QA Specialist with 5 years experience for building a modern digital information system and it s integration with other internal and external applications.

• Prepare appropriate level test cases for functional / unit testing
  
• Perform functional / unit testing and document results
  
• Provide critical expertise and support for test automation (plan approach and implementation)
  
• Assist other parties groups with their related testing activities (UAT)
  
• Participate in Knowledge transfer
  

Requirements

Experience and Skill Set Requirements:

Must Haves:

• At least 5 years of experience (Quality Assurance)
  
• Demonstrated experience documenting and tracking testing and issue tracking systems such as JIRA Azure DevOps Boards Asana.
  
• Hands on experiences with technologies such as SharePoint .NET Web Web Services HTML JavaScript
  

Skill Set Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience
  

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Quality Assurance Skills
  
• 7 years of demonstrated experience in defect tracking using a collaborative tool to manage defects and change request and to communicate status of these to all project participants.
  
• Demonstrated experience in developing test plans test scripts and test data; documenting software defects and tracking resolutions.
  
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing and leading initial UAT sessions
  
• Good analytical communication skills and ability to work independently and also perform as part of a team.
  
• Hands on experiences with technologies such as SharePoint .NET Web Web Services HTML JavaScript
  
• Knowledge and experience in the use of automated test tools and version control systems on one or more platforms
  
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle
  
• Demonstrated experience documenting and tracking testing and issue tracking systems such as JIRA Azure DevOps Boards Asana.
  

QA Skills:

• Demonstrated experience in defect tracking using a collaborative tool to manage defects and change request and to communicate status of these to all project participants.
  
• Handon knowledge on test automation (plan approach and implementation)
  

• Technical Skills: Demonstrated experience documenting and tracking testing and issue tracking systems such as JIRA Azure DevOps Boards Asana.
  
  
• Business Skills: Demonstrated experience working with clients and technical teams to ensure effective resolution of defects and management of change requests are complete
  
  
• Public Sector Experience: Previous experience working in Government or Public Sector organizations.
