About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Designer to support our marketing efforts across various channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial arts applied arts visual communication or graphic design with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually compelling content. This role involves collaborating with our marketing sales UX and product teams to produce highquality designs for case studies presentations sales brochures banner ads video creation and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Illustrations: Create visually engaging designs and illustrations for digital and print mediums including case studies presentations brochures banner ads social media posts and email campaigns.
Video Creation: Develop creative video content including animations and motion graphics to enhance our digital marketing efforts and engage our audience.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs and visual content adhere to Fold Health s brand guidelines maintaining consistency across all marketing and sales materials.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing product and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives.
Innovation: Stay updated on design trends video creation techniques and industry best practices to keep our visual content fresh and relevant.
Feedback & Iteration: Actively participate in design reviews accepting feedback and iterating on designs to achieve the best results.
Support: Assist in the creation of visual content for internal communications events and other company needs.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in visual design commercial arts applied arts visual communication graphic design or a related field.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of visual design work including digital and print designs illustrations and video content.
Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign After Effects Premiere Pro) PowerPoint Canva Figma and other design and video editing software. Knowledge of genAI tools such as Midjourney Stable Diffusion Dalle is a plus
Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail with a focus on creating polished and professional designs.
Creativity: Strong creative thinking and problemsolving skills with the ability to bring innovative ideas to life through both design and video content.
Communication: Good communication skills with the ability to articulate design choices and collaborate effectively with team members.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
