Job Description
• Manage asset condition surveys though frequent analysis to ensure that the asset ratings are frequently updated in alignment with the HIA Asset Management System (AMS).
• Review the maintenance integration deliverables from the various project teams by evaluating the content and quality of the documents, to ensure that the required, correct information / data is communicated to the appropriate HIA FM delivery team(s) and the assets are managed effectively.
• Prepare monthly maintenance report for the Management.
• Liaise with the Planning team to formulate annual master maintenance schedule and deliver on time and to the required quality.
• Planning and evaluating the team's activities in order to ensure a safe, secure and legal work environment. Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.
