Job Description

Australian Citizens residing in Australia only respond.

Essential criteria

1. At least 3 years experience in establishing and managing Release Management processes in an enterprise business system context.

2. Working knowledge of the SDLC DevOps and CI/CD with proven experience of release management tools like JIRA Confluence and Agile Methodologies.

3. Experience managing releaserelated interdependencies ensuring adherence to key governance processes and milestone management and maintaining the integrity of releases.

4. Advanced communication skills both written and verbal along with good collaboration time management and negotiation skillset.

5. Ability to work under pressure and willingness to drive and improve all aspects of Release processes.

6. Relevant tertiary qualifications; and an industry recognised qualification in project management such as Diploma of Project Management; or SAFe Agile.

Desirable criteria

1. Release and/or Project Management experience in Federal or State Government environments.

2. Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded.

3. Understanding of the Solution Delivery Lifecycle and relationship to Change Management & Release Management.

4. Experience conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies to protect against potential security threats
